SA approval email received from CPC last night around 8 PM. File moved to New Delhi VO for further processing. Please update the status.

Also, does anyone know what is the timeline usually for PCC and Medical request from NDVO? Still waiting for GCKEY to update.

Congrats! When did your ecas status changed to Decision Made for Sponsorship Application before you received the email about the approval?
Mine was changed on Feb 11 and no email yet.

I received an Email but Status still shows in the process. That's exactly what I was wondering that when its gonna be to changes to DM.

Correspondence from CIC is what counts and matters on DM. ECAS status will change when someone from CIC has time to update online status. You now have a “written” paper from CIC informing you of the decision. That’s all you need.

We received an email from IRCC regarding Pre-Arrival free services. Does anyone received such an email? Do you have any idea when we will receive final arrival/pass request email? Thanks

No I did not received any email or letter. That is the question I had asked in my Original Post.

I can see from other people's time line that, people are getting email/letter roughly after a month. CIC's email server is slow LOL

For my application, it was shown decision made on Feb26. Just received a letter through email today, which is almost a month later.

Hi i have one concern plz anyone help me . I sponser my parents in 2018 may for permanent . Then i recieve a email in nov my application transfer to delhi . But after that am not heard any thing from delhi . So any body now how much time it will take normally

You can check the time line sheet. The link is under my signatures. From that sheet you can guess/find how much time it took for other people's files. Just let you everyone's file is different as follows

1. Many people have only Parents on the file. But other have siblings (dependents). When you have dependents CIC may check further their continuing education etc.. Means more time
2. I have seen, If your parents worked in Military or Police services that took more time than normal
3. If your parents has visited other countries, that also took extra.

I am not expert, there may be other factors that may be reason to take extra time for file. But checking timeline would give you an idea when your turn is.

Even now parents's sponsorship process has lots of problem, but at least for now taking less time as compared to past. My parents got visitor visa refused back in 2009 and 2010 two times. That time there was no supervisa options. I had sponsor my parents in 2010, My father passed away in 2014 during this process. My mother got PR in 2017. I had waited almost 7 years. At least now takes far lesser time.

As a side note, CIC may have super smart people in their team. Also it is decided by the government obviously for votes. But the sponsorship program should have First come first serve on bases of day/month/year of the Sponsor's PR, instead of Lottery or on date of apply for first come first serve bases. So who got PR first, he/she should be given the priority to sponsor parents first. Of course having the criteria for Income still in effect.

Encounter a validation error when entering Personal History on form 5669 Schedule A.

I have two overlapping experience:
A work from 1990-2000
B education from 1994-1998.
When I enter two lines with line A first B after A. I get an error saying the most recent experience should be put first and make sure there is no gap after I click on the validate button. If I swap line A and B, still get the same error.

So I am thinking the following two options:
Option 1: Break A into two lines, and add B in between.
A1: 1998-2000 for work
B. 1994-1998 for education
A2. 1990-1998 for the same work as A

Option 2: Just enter A, validate and print out the form, and hand write B underneath A.

Which way do you think more clear to VO? If using options 1, do I need to write some explanation on the form? is there a better way to fill the form?

Hi Friends,
My Application is at Singaporw VO. They have sent the acknowledge email that they have received it on Mar07, 2019. After that there is no email also ECAS/GCC has not changed anything. Ecas is showing my 'App Received' for Applicant and DM for Sponsor. I have already ordered PCC for home country and received it today asit takes time to get the pcc from there as well as we had to do it by someone else.

As they have not asked for PCC yet, should I wait for the request or should i just send it by using webform? Please advise from your experience.
