call the call centre and press 2220 on your phone and if you get the message about volume of calls then retry calling again and again and press 2220 until the system puts you in queue to connect to an agent

Can i use my Proof of funds befor the final decision on my application. I applied under CEC express entry in Nov.

Better not to, in one of the case, with my friend, they asked to re-submit POF when he received PPR

Nov 2 here, same VO - Ottawa and nothing has started yet.

So you're not alone.

However, the same VO is sending PPRs to others. So clueless how they're going about this now.

MY ADRs for PCC and RCMP shows as "uploaded" since 25th Jan'19 and has had no further changes.

My adr was for pcc for Malaysia.. I submitted on the 24th Jan.. No uodate since..

CEC does not require POF if you have a job in canada. That's written on their website

My husband's passport expires this October 2019. Our AOR is Nov 14. Is he required to renew it before PPR/before leaving for Canada?

Absolutely. They will not stamp it if it 6 months to expiry.
I'm in a same situation, passport exp. Octobar 2nd. I booked an appointment to get it extended.
You'll have to upload new one via CES.

Yes, you should. They expect your passport to be valid for atleast 6 months. Exact words from the PPR email below
“If you are holder of passport(s) from countries whose citizens need a visa to travel to Canada, you will need to submit the passport for you and for each accompanying family member. To avoid complications with international travel, it is recommended that your passport(s) be valid forat least 6 months. Your passport must have at least two blank pages. If a child is included on your passport, you must have one blank page per accompanying child. Please note that you STILL need to submit the passport even if”
