Got PPR email about an hour ago. The waiting was more bearable later in the process when I decided to distract myself...

FSW-O single applicant. Chinese citizen living in China
Timeline:
ITA: Oct 3rd;
AOR: Oct 9th;
MEP and IP1: Nov 8th
IP2: March 5th
Ghost 1: March 8th
Ghost 2: March 11th
PPR: March 12th

Now I have some questions regarding the next step:
- The email says if I haven’t paid yet, I should now pay the right to permanent residence fee. I did pay it upfront back in October, and I have a receipt of $1040 that covers both this fee and the application fee. Is this receipt the one they want me to submit? Actually do they want me to submit a receipt at all if I paid upfront?
- How do I submit my height and eye colors? Just type in a word file and print?
- can I use the photos I used when applying?
- The email says I have to pay a “passport transmission fee”, along with a link to a website listing multiple fees, with the closest being “package transmission fee”. Are they the same thing? On the list there’s also a “courier one way” fee. Don’t I have to pay that for the return package?

I didn't receive any ghost updates and neither does my CIC profile show any specific changes. I received the email from IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.

Hi All,
Have been a silent reader of this post. My AOR is 11 Oct 2018. Me and one dependent (wife). CEC
I ordered gcms notes in Jan and received it on Feb 22. Below was my status:
Criminality: Passed
Eligibility: Recommend passed
Security: Not started

However, there is one line in the gcms which says:
"Spouse appears to not have completed the medical examination under IME: 15284086."

Anyone knows what it means. Any idea what I should do. However on CIC portal I can see "You passed the Medical exam"
