The document that I submitted states my Employment date, status, hours worked per week, yearly salary and a list of my duties.
Would this be considered an experience letter or a reference letter?

yup...still confounding why they asked for additional proof like tax and pay stubs...cuz i thought reference/duty letter, experience letter and offer letter would suffice

Let your company mention it on their official letter head that your pay grade is tax exempt. That is probably the best official proof one can provide.

you can later explain it in LOE too

Yes, I see that mentioning it on the official letter head would have more weight than just mentioning it in an LOE. Thank you.

hi, my case is same exactly 29th oct aor and mep 29th Nov. Since then no updates in the profile.

Hello friends, I wish good luck for everyone, it's nice to have such an active community to share experience with.
I've got my AOR on 2018-10-10. I'm nearly sure that my BG status was "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information" since the begining so no way for me to know if I'm in IP1 or IP2, I've got my Medical passed on 2018-11-07 since I've been requested to submit my biometrics on that date and nothing sinc then. I had a ghost update on the 2019-03-02 but I don't think anything has changed on my profile. The wait is killing!!!!
