WES timeline for 2018

19th Jan - Documents Received, We are reviewing
20th Feb - Documents Rejected. WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your academic institution as required by WES.

I am from India and as per new rule my documents were indeed attested and sent directly by the university (Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune). Still they rejected stating it was not sent directly by the university.

Anyone faced similar thing despite sending it genuinely through university?

Any suggestions, what can I do next?

Note - The documents were sealed and stamped in university provided envelope (with their name printed as FROM).
It was couriered by Controller Of Examination department directly to WES

Your evaluation is due for completion on 3/15/2019

Sounds like it'll take 2.5 months for mine to get done.

Oh you got the next step.... good. As your last update was 07/02 and it got updated today, mine last update is 08/02. Iwill also expect it to change in a day or two...

My review began on January 29th. They updated it on Feb 13th as still reviewing, and today it finally changed to evaluation in progress. I'm guessing yours should be changing soon this week as well. Good luck!

Dear All,
I have send the documents nearest to my university and I have sent the same envelope which university gave to me and it has been accepted. My university is UPTU. So sending nearest to university is working.
