Anyone has any idea what stage files at NDVO currently are.

FSW - O (India)
AOR - NOV 5
MEP - Dec 6
IP1 - Since Dec 6
Time bar shows 10 weeks left. File is at NDVO.

Also wish to check if there is separate NDVO thread.

Also, Please advise if I should order GCMS notes now or wait for sometime. I am at 110 days since AOR.

How can you guys from India or other hot places move to Canada? I am sick and tired of cold and snow. I thought we were going to get spring soon, but no! This freaking snow keeps falling, ughhh.

Hi friends, called CIC and got a nice agent. She said the notes appear to say my eligiblity has not started, but looking closely she saw something marked as an eligibility review from Sydney office dated Dec 20 (coincidentally that's the date my BG went from NA to IP1). Now my file is in Etobicoke. What to make of this? I feel like it is positive.

Hi there, my status is almost same as yours. AOR Nov 30, FSW-I, PNP Ontario, Vietnamese, my file is at Etobicoke as well. Status - med passed, criminality in process, eligibility and security not yet started. So I'm wondering if my eligibility's the same as yours.

Called Cic today. Managed to speak to an agent she said the VO is Montreal. She said nothing has started- eligibility, criminality and security.
AOR is 1 st November. Still in IP1.
Not sure if it’s a standard reply or actually nothing has started.

It's very true actually. Unfortunately if the agent had told you that eligibility has started for you given Montreal office then she would probably have been wrong.

My commiserations buddy. Join the Montreal visa office thread. There is also a WA group (as cansha also mentioned). Are you an applicant from USA? Or FSW-Inland?

I have similar timeline as yours. NDVO's current trend is 150 -170 days from AOR.
Let's expect PPR after March.

I am Nov AOR and ordered notes after 90 days. Expecting it next week. Will again order it after 120 days. You will get to know the actual status only from notes.

Friends, I also have a query.

My current employer has moved to new office within the same city. Address details are updated on the website. However, telephone lines are expected to take few days to get activated. However, relevant email Id's are working fine.

My employment letter mentions email id of HR person and mobile no. of HR person. But, landline no. Of company mentioned on letterhead have changed.

Should I proactively raise CSE and inform CIC about this change? My very experienced and confident agent has advised me not to do so.

Kindly advise as I am anxious about this. I have more than 12 years of Experience and all supporting documents submitted are as per requirement of CIC with sufficient additional documents.

There's really no need. The fact that your employer's contact info changed doesn't affect your CRS score. Moreover, every time you update your information, the processing time of your application increases.
So your agent is right. You probably would be better off keeping things as is.

Should I be patient or contact them.

Typically Medicals have validity of one year and the COPR expiry will be the expiry date of Medicals. They might ask you to do medicals again.
