You have to make a payment first then you’ll see all the forms that you need to send.

I doubt CNO will respond. They never do. We don't have LPN in Ontario. It's RPN. I wish you well, I hope you are able to decide. It's tough, and it's very tough to become a licensed Internationally Educated Nurse in Canada.
Hi @RN_0001 ,CNO replied to my inquiry And yes they don’t consider US NCLEX-LPN in Canada so Need to take RPN exam in this case, but it’s good to know about this stuff

CNO will likely require you to take courses in the dimensions that are "somewhat comparable". But first they will likely give you the chance to provide work history documents to try to show you have successfully been doing the work and therefore that is proof of your skills in those areas. Wait for them to tell you next steps.

Hello RN, thanks for your reply.
I was asked to take the NCLEX RN. Do you think they will ask me to study further, I heard about OSCE too. No idea and confused here.

Thanks

Hi All,

I have submitted my application to CNO and currently working in USA for more than 2 years. I have submitted to them my job description with roles & responsibilities and they have marked requirements met for evidence of practice in the application status.

However, the language proficiency requirement is still unmet. I was under the impression that once they received the letter from my US employer they will waive the language requirement as the primary mode of language here is English.

Has any one applied for Language proficiency waiver with CNO? Is there a template for reference letter that i can submit to get that requirement waived?

Appreciate your help
Hey @RN_0001 Do you have any idea about this?
Apparently, I am planning to send them another reference letter from my employer stating explicitly that the language for practice setting where I work is English, Although they might already know this information as NNAS evaluation form had this information as well as from the job description that I sent earlier.

Let me know if there are any suggestions. Thanks

Has anyone tried to register for IENCAP for August 15th 2019? Apparently the registration was suppose to open today and I do not see a link to register for the exam on IENCAP portal. When I contacted IENCAP via email they replied promptly and mentioned that it is sold out.

I don't know how it got sold out as i was constantly logged in to see if it opens up but the link never showed up for me.

Touchstone Institute is pretty corrupt. They would never admit it if they have issues with their server being overloaded and people not being able to submit their registration. It's pretty ridiculous. They will tell you also that there is no wait list. THERE IS! Call and have your name put on the wait list for people who cancel their exam.

Yeah I called them too and it is going to voicemail its not even trying to connect to agent.

As per their site the fees is going to be increased for people who register for IENCAP exam after April 1st 2019. I guess they will open the register link at that time because I don't think its a kind of registration that get sold out in a hour or so and even if it did we should be able to at least see the register link which we did not.

Also, if you might have noticed I can see a button which is disabled to register for April 2019 date in the upcoming IENCAP exams section. If indeed it is sold out, at least there should be a disabled register link so you can constantly monitor and register yourself once it become active.

Thanks for the information. If we do not see the link when registration opens up, I do not know what is going to happen. We won't be able to register or give exams at all if there are some preferential treatment or tie ups with some agencies.
The next exam is November 21, 2019 I hope we can register. The major concern for me now is that CNO keeps application for 2 years. Hope Luck is by our side next time. Good Luck!!!
