According to them my security hasn’t started but criminality is passed. They didn’t answer my question on eligibility. They just said it was transferred to visa office in Ottawa.

Seems like when it is transferred to visa office the call agents don't really know much about the file?

Guys, many of us currently have our security as not started..and this is common with August AORs. What could be the reason why security is still not started?

I really don't know. In fact, second page of my GCMS says Criminality and security not started however, Case analyst at the 3rd last page says both recommended pass.

Completed 6 months today and still only medical passed. Ordered GCMS on 12th. Lets C...

Received an email on the 18th saying decision has been made on my application.
PPR 18th Feb 2019 (9.17pm Ontario time)
4days after the 6months completion.

No ADR, No RR, 1 set of GCMS notes.
Got to know eligibility Recommend Pass in Oct and eligibility passed in Feb (through phone calls).

This forum has been very supportive and informative.
