I have a question regarding parents name on my Birth certificate or school certificate..

there is only First name ( given name) of my parents on my birth certificate and my school certificate but there is no last name at all. Both of my parent have last names on their passport. would it be ok ? or need some sort of affidavit. ? please advise.

Hi, if somebody can help me.
1) Do we need to submit parents marriage certificate even if you are sponsoring just 1 parent and the other parent has expired? And no dependants.
2) My birth certificate does not have mother's last name but it is on my passport, will it still be ok? Any additional documents we can use to support?

My father also passed away, and no, my mother did not need to provide marriage certificate as she is a widow. Only death certificate.

Will a notary affidavit work- that my mother's name on birth certificate actually corresponds to the same person as on passport?

An affidavit might not work because Canadian HC know how easily they can be made in India. So its best to have a BC from your local municipality.

Correct, there is no address or email address. The email I received from CPC-CTD-Ottawa.

Is it we have to reply to that email with scanned copy of PCC. They have asked copy of original PCC.

You should check that in CIC account where you have linked your application. It should be available there 100%

logically speaking, PCC should be sent to your LVO, where the review of applicants is processed. Ottawa, when not being as LVO, is only reviewing the eligibility of the sponsor.
