finally got my pr card today!!

landed - oct 24
resubmission req - dec 14
delivered - dec 21
ghost update - feb 7 or 8 (i saw it on the 8)
approved - feb 11 today
delivered - feb 14! (i live in toronto)

Landed: Oct-18-2018 - Montreal YUL Photo Request: Dec-12 photo taken in Montreal
Photo sent: Dec-13 - I didn't track it but I suppose that it was delivered Dec-20
PR card approved: Feb-11
PR delivered: Feb-14 (in Montreal)
