Yes I called them yesterday. The customer service person open a ticket but he could not do more than that. In the email with the ticket confirmation it says that they have one week to solve the issue.

I am going to india on feb 10 already booked my ticket after waiting for ppr and once i booked the ticket next day got ppr , I preferred to send the passport but thank God now I can go home.

I called them today. Customer service person told me to wait most probably until Monday. I asked her explicitly if there is a way I can pick up the envelope myself wherever it is. She told me it is not possible and she does not know where the envelope is exactly. Frustrating.
