Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

My return tracker has been activated . But no changes to gckey ... Is it normal ??

I heard that someone got landing paper done and the ecas still showed IN PROCESS. Don't think about it. Just finish landing after you get your passport back.

My delivery status is still "Verifying address. Possible Delay" since yesterday 3 pm. I opened a ticket yesterday night to know what is going on. Customer service said they will "have a look to the issue".

I would call them. The online takes time and I hate the slow process

yeah .. Landing done. It went smooth . No issues .

technically right after you receive copr, but I think it's safer to do it after landing

Recieved my passort and copr today around 1.47 pm
Thank you so much everyone for help
Special thanks to Missy tin & Josh math you guys helped me alot .
I am going to india on feb 10 already booked my ticket after waiting for ppr and once i booked the ticket next day got ppr , I preferred to send the passport but thank God now I can go home.
