Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

My expected delivery date in feb 07 but it is still showing in transit.
I sent my passport on feb 05
Any reasons for the delay??

Mine was yesterday, but it still hasn't been delivered. I have raised the ticket and they called me to pick it up at the sorting facility

I called the cic & they said its dispatched today , but the return tracker still not activated
The guy said if I did not receive tomorrow I can pick it up from Canada post office on Saturday

Each bigger city has its own

My package was signed by "Schuiteboer" on Feb 05. The Canada Post Tracker says it is delivered to mailroom.
And I am still waiting for my status update.

Now I am a little bit worried as all others in this group got signed by Steve with drawing.....
