Are you saying criminality only passes when eligibility is passed?
In my case this isn’t true as I’ve been IP2 since Oct 30th and told criminality is passed via CSE but obviously had issues with my eligibility as per my POF situation this week.
No. When eligibility is Met/ recommended passed. It still needs to be passed by an officer. I think in your case your eligibility was met and your criminality passed but when it reached the officers desk for it to be passed it was discovered that your funds did not meet the requirements. That's why all your CSEs didn't give any indication of eligibility Review required till the PFL.

Please advice me, I have replied to pof related pfl on December 20 and this Friday I called CIC to know about my status updates. Agent replied still its under review required and no updates to my submitted files. I applied for notes on January 24. It will come end of February. Now please tell me, should I raise CSE or wait? Crossed 6 months, vo Sydney

They have not noticed my 3 fixed deposits as they have not mentioned in the summary notes.
Eligibility : review required (Review for POF, they have not noticed our fixed deposits which we have attached and mentioned in the LOE )
Security : Not Started
Criminality : Passed
Medical : Passed
My AoR is 26th July 2018. I called IRCC on Jan 20 and agent told me my file was approved in mid december 2018 and is in queue for further correspondence. She told me that she will put a note to transfer my file to nearest LVO. But did not get PPR email till date. Raised CSE last week and also emailed Ottawa, CIO Sydeny and NDVO. I received email from CIO that my case is approved and the application is in queue and will be contacted in due course.
Should I wait or order GCMS? Any suggestions @tobs

Called cic today, I have been put in rr for eca not verified by case analyst but r10 cleared proper website check of wes, As per agent it was a technical glitch and hence he analyst put review required, now he has told me to wait till 2nd july, wtf r they joking incompetent set of folks.
First gcms recoeved in 90 days , 2nd already 45 days and no signs of it

My file is with Centralized Intake office (CIO) and got reply email from them that my application is approved and is with them.
Will I get ppr request from CIO or NDVO which is my LVO?
