I send my application to Federal in paper method.

You can either link your application to GCKEY or use the ECAS
For me, as a paper applicant, s was using ECAS and I was satisfied

got Pre-arrival services and medical passed on OCT 2018.

as you will notice from my timeline, they don't follow a pattern, example, my pre-arrival letter came a year before the medical request, then days after the medical they made the decision and sent the PPR.
What I mean, is at anytime you will find the Great news just be ready for it and Share it with us ceratainly.

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well. I'm a bit confuse and need your help and experience to hunderstand what going on with my file. After waiting my CSQ for 5years (applied inland) I finaly got it in 2017 then applied for federal part in september 2017 and got AOR in december 2017. Since then, I didn't hear nothing from CIC ( no MR or update asked).

Last week I call them and agent told me tha my file was transfert to Montreal office for further verification, and that nothing can be done. Please did anyone here had the same experience or hear of something like this? I know that some sponsorship applicant face this when officer got some doubt or question about relationship, but I wonder what can lead to this on skill worker.

Did you order GCMS notes? If not do so and the exact status with possible reasons for delay will be mentioned in the last part of the GCMS notes.

Hello, I have same timeline as yours, however I got medical in June 18. But since then no news.
I think you should have atleast got medical.
It is worth contacting them for an update...
