Hello, Has anyone received POR1 lately? and when application was received.
They received my outland application on December 5th, still no answer yet. Im starting to get worried

hi everyone, If anyone is up this time. Could you please help. On form 5669 schedule A / background declaration while filling out the information. I' again stuck at Validation "it requires me to fill street number" but truly saying there is no street number for any of the address I have filled. What should I do ?

Just put a dot .

Hi, I have sent my application in the beginning of Jan 2019. So if I want to change the status through ECAS, can I use the receipt # as IMM 5401? In the receipt, it doesn't say IMM 5401 so that I am bit confused. Thanks so much.

Am new to this forum and will like to ask a question and I hope I can get a good respond or solution.

My wife already sent the spouse sponsor application to 49 Dorchester street Sydney Nova Scotia B1P 5Z2, since first week of October, she already paid for the application with her Cc, but she didn't print the receipt and include it to the application.and also yet haven't heard or got any email from the office. So I was wondering maybe it's due to the reciept that wasn't added or just a form of delay because she hasn't received any email yet.. So please is there any suggestion or any one with same situation. I was thinking maybe she needs to send the receipt to that same address or it doesn't matter..?. Pls any suggestion or solution. Thank you

Your surname is your family name. It is also called your “last name.” When filling out applications, type your surname as it appears on your passport, travel or identity document.

Do not use initials.

If you do not have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. Do not enter “Not applicable,” “*” or “NA.”

Guys, where do you add an additional sheet to answer a particular question?

Let's say Question 3 & 4 are on page number 3 of a 7 page form.
Should I add
a) an additional sheet after page 3 to answer Question 3 &4? Or
b) add it after page 7?

Small things but option a) looks better as a logical flow. Any views?

Hello everyone just one question oct 22 2018 application recieved jan 16 2019 aor 1 janurary 26 2019 biometrics request i will be going tommorrow to do it but i qm opening my ecas and under sponsorship application status it says decision made it used to say in process but i click it and nothing has changed what does decision made mean ?

Her hometown is Vadodara,Gujarat, India. And now she is living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat , India. Which is my hometown. Please advice in which hometown she need to apply for police clearance certificate which is required for application.

I don't think you need to worry about the location. You can book an appointment at any PSK for PCC (Ahmedabad or Vadodara in your case, doesn't matter).
PCC is not issued per city.
