Most companies will just take your money. It is quite hard to get a job in Canada from abroad. Have you looked at the various immigration programs and whether you qualify?

i think study visa is your best option. for example,if you get 2 years study visa,then your sponsor will get 2 years open work permit

multipel visa is just a temporary resident visa,you CAN NOT turn it to work visa without LMIA,and 11000$ each one is too expensive, you can afford the cost of study at all.
