Anybody knows if children aged 10-12 years old need to do the blood tests?

I am an applicant from India and have two daughters, 15 and 11. They had to do X-ray but not the blood tests. We cleared our medicals on October 31st 2018.

Me too also from india and have 2 kids 9 and 11 year's we did medical on 16.10.18 and they had only urine examination for both.no x Ray no blood test
