Miss represtention ban 5 years

Hello everyone

My self reg.i was applied my candian visitor visa in 2015 from india by a travel agent.he didnt ask me regarding my us refusal and i dont even check before i signed but after i got letter from embassy to give ans about that mistake in 30 days or i will grt 5 year ban
After that letter i higher a lawyer from my city and he said he send ans after some days i got letter i am welcome to reapply but there is no any ban mention

In 2016 i got engged a indian girl who is perment residence in canda and i try to apply visitor visa again but result i got i had 5 year banned last time

Then i got married in 2017 in 2018 canadian immigration consulant suggest to apply pr and i applied and i got file no then i got medical req but after 10 month last week i got refusal letter
I was keep showing them a affidavit from that travel aggent who agree thats his fault ..
Can ayone help me what i can do .seriously sooo upset wanna start lofe with wife on canada but still got 2 years ban left is there any way i can lift up that ban .i got 40 1 (a) 40 2 (a) 40 3 (a) please reply as soon as possible

Not sure why you kept applying. You have to wait for the ban to be over. You are responsible for your forms even if an agent filled them out.

I juat want to live with my wife to start new life she cant stay too long in india so i was just trying so we can live together but i knw i had one mistake not reading form before sign them but is there any chance to get forgiveness

1. No forgiveness, you will just have to wait out the 5 years before you reapply.

You were aware of the ban when you got married and didn't have to marry someone from Canada.

I know but i asked some lawyers they said we can try its 90% sure coz i no have any criminal record in last ten years and i didnt even apply any file with false documents.

Remember this: There are checks and balances in everybody's life. It doesn't matter if you're feeling down now- you will feel happy in a short period of time. Till then, pray and enjoy life.

Yeah thats i knw dear we been to singapore malaysia srilanka and australia but now she have to live canada to get citizenship thats why i am doing strrugle if any way i can do to get any chance coz i knw i was true with every country i never wanna lie to anyone

Unfortunately a lawyer cannot help you. As others have said, you must forget about Canada until the 5 year misrepresentation ban is completed.
