When we submit an ADR how long does it take to get updated on the page?and if the ADR is related to POF does it mean it is IP2 phase?

Hello house, please I have some questions.

I applied with my maiden name (as it is on my passport). Also all my documents have my maiden name. I plan to change my name to that of my husband's.

Also my passport is expiring on the 28th of July 2019.

Here are my questions:
1. Do I change my name on my renewed passport or should I continue with my maiden name on the new passport till I get my PR and then change it when I get to Canada?

2. Should I renew my passport now or wait for ADR for me to do so?
Please I need your advice/suggestion.

I uploaded my ADR on November 30 and the status changed to reviewing your documents on December 4. The same day my BG also went to IP1, since then nothing has moved

75 days and counting
