I also earlier saw that timeline on their website, but last week on Thursday I called them around 5:30 EST, had to wait a bit and I was able to speak to the agent around 6:15 EST.

Finally able to connect with Agent around 3PM EST time.

@NareshC I received the PPR from ADVO today in the CIC account (no email). I had emailed NDVO and CIC Ottawa yesterday night...
Finally, the last step of visa stamping. Will send the passports tomorrow...All the best!

The CIC account status is same, no changes (eligibility under review, BGC in progress, Application in progress)...

I was doing a detailed study on my gcms note. It appears they were about to assign my file to entity/agent/case officer that review eligibility by December 16th. despite my eligibility was recommend passed.

Everytime they assign it to someone there is a due date updated which is generally 1 month or 2 months. I am not sure whether they abide by the due date though.

I think if there's an update for my application it will be by next week or by the middle of February.

Looks like I can see a pattern most of the application in CIO - Sydney is either stuck at security not started or got approved but still stuck.

I think everyone who are stuck if you're calling next time ask them if your VO is CIO - Sydney. VO changes in the middle of processing.

Ottowa here, Security/BG since 26 Oct .
