I am Dec 2016 applicant, and there is no DM or PPR.

Yeah! I called them three times last years to remind them that i got DM.. but no ppr yet! Every time i called agent told me that they gonna email to my local office right away to remind them that you’re still waiting for ppr. But until now no response.

ALL CIC LOCAL OFFICES ARE LOCKED
I HAVE BEEN TO VANCOUVER OFFICE COUPLE OF TIME TO DROP THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BY THEM
I ALSO E-MAILED THEM ABOUT MY LANDING APPOINTMENT
THEY REPLY VERY FAST
BUT THEY SAID THEY CANNOT SPEED UP BECAUSE OF THE SCEDULING BACKLOG
WE ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO SECURITY PERSON IF WE GO THERE

you can try, you are just going to talk to receptionist about your case , he/she may help you
