how do you get a hold of them, I called so many times and tried all the different timings, is there a trick or anything I can do differently to get a hold of an agent?

No trick man. But once the automated voice starts giving options I press 3 2 1 0. Takes patience and time.

You mean that if I order GCMS notes today, officer stops working on my file and continues in 1 month after notes are generated?

Notes are not generated after one month, they are generated immediately. Processing them(reacting sensitive info etc) and delivering takes a month.

Dont believe any response on your cse, i received the ppr on wednesday from ndvo, after that I replied asking for a change of office( still waiting for the change) I also raised a cse asking for the change of office and I just got a replied from the famous agent matthew saying that my application is still in progress and all that generic response that everybody receives. So raising cse doesn't help at all unless you want to submitt a new document

Yes that was the response of my cse. I will wait until tuesday to see if I receive a new ppr with a change of location most of the people here took 3-4 days to receive a new one. So if I dont receive it by tuesday i will give them a call

You never know. Might be possible might be not. Sometimes the file is lying somewhere and no one touches it.Ordering notes does not really hurt anything. But, I am not sure about the other scenarios. The problem is that someone else has to check your notes before releasing to see if he/she wants to redact anything from it. So, the officer does not want to add any new activity or information to change the notes cause the person checking the notes has to redo everything again. However, they may print the notes at the moment that you order them and send it for review. Meanwhile they start updating it. No one really knows how they work. These are just my guess.

Did anyone raise a CSE yesterday or today and received a response? Two people have messaged me that their CSE's went unanswered. Is this a trend?

I know of someone who also raised yesterday but yet to get a response.

Did you submit new experience documents after you found out?

my husband is primary applicant and his company refused give another letter. We already submitted LOE with our initial application stating current employer wont provide job letter on letter head. we have attached, pay stubs, offer letter and other supporting docs so waiting to see if we get any ADR.
