Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

I'm from the 2nd round of PGP category.
Application submitted 13 Aug / AOR 16 Nov.

This morning the sponsorship eligibility and the PR parts of the ECAS shows 'In Process'.

Anyone elese in a similar situation?

That's what happened before I got sponsorship approval (SA). Both SA and PR shows "In Process", but they are just reviewing sponsorship eligibility. PR status changed back to "App Received" after I got SA.

Sorry I have so many questions, I have an ongoing sponsorship with my parents and my husband is my co signor and the file is still in process,my question is if my husband will be chosen for the 2019 PGP can we sponsor her mom even if our sponsorship is still going on or we have to wait till my parents application is done?

Can't stress enough on "LICO", I guess.

My understanding is that you are sponsoring your parents in 2018 and your husband is the co-signer. He wants to sponsor his mom in 2019.

Sure...as long as you guys meet LICO for all the family members, you are eligible to apply. This website https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html has a wealth of information. I suggest that you at read relevant information at least once. That will go a long way in PGP application.

Are you part of second round or first round?

Fisrt round. The application was submitted last May.

Hello All,i am 2nd round applicant and my AOR was on Oct 22. Today, I have got an email to provide death certificate of my DAD. Not sure, why did not they ask for it before? I checked the online account but there was no option to upload the document. But they did provide me a fax number. I guess, I will use that one. besides that, can I send it using IRCC Web form?

same here, I was asked to submit death certificate this morning. but when I was faxing the docs to 905-803-7392, no one answered on the other end. (like they didn't forgot to connect to a fax machine??)

Did anyone meet that during faxing?

Yes that's right and yes we will meet the LICO, I thought we had to wait for one file to be done before we can sponsor another parent.

I don't think there is any other documents they need after PC and IME. They would have asked for any support documents before they asked for IME and PC.

By the way, do you mind sharing your time line in the forum? (when you received AOR, sponsorship approval etc...)

I got AOR and SA before you did. But, you got IME and PC request already. Let me guess - your local visa office is "Ottawa"? Right? hmmm...
