Just completed my landing through Ottawa IRCC. Reached there around 8:00., the person in the front desk took our COPR, and we were called for the interview in about 10 minutes. The interview was for about 7 minutes. Really smooth process. Good Luck everyone!

Hey everyone,
I just received an email from IRCC like 15 minutes ago stating that from December 12, 2018 they are going to put a progress bar in our profile to show the estimated completion date based on their latest estimated processing time.
This is something totally new and it might help to give us more insight about our applications. who knows!
Has any other applicant from earlier AORs ever received such a mail? I am curious to know what was the information IRCC provided after this e mail was sent.
I just called the CIC agent toll free no and they said the status of my application is below :
Eligibility - Met ( not passed)
Criminality - not started
Security - not started
They said my background check has not started yet.
My AOR - 18th August
Medicals passed date - 9th SEP
What is the status on my application is it IP1 or IP2. It's almost 4 months and still eligibility is not yet completed to say passed its its still in process. My case looks quite delayed compared to timeline of others. Please advice by when can I expect things to move.

Still waiting, IP2 since Oct 30th. No other updates and I’m only a few weeks away from 6 months so hopefully it’s on the way.
Interested to see about this status bar update tomorrow. Tho I suspect it’s just going to show number of days passed (as oppossed to an actual progress bar) to stop people who haven’t reached 6 months from callling Cic
Hey @Gruff , left you a comment on Immitracker as well. I'm a UK resident, national with FSW-O AOR July 3rd and MEP July 18th - very similar timeline and scenario as you.
Feel much the same about the status bar, probably to encourage those within 6 months to not raise GCMS, emails and phone calls more than anything. Not sure yet what my first action is going to be when I hit 6 months, really hoping I don't have to! PPRs are not coming in fast for anyone currently.
My timeline is also similar like you...
AOR - July 5th
MEP/IP1 - July 19th
IP2 - December 6th (same as yours)
I didn't get the ghost update, how did you notice the ghost update???
A processing agent or analyst recommends that eligibility be passed; "recommend passed" or assigns it to be met.
It's an officer that passes the eligibilty when he/she reviews the analysts recommendation.
