Guys -
I received my GCMS notes and the notes at the end of the documents says , "File reviewed. Eligibility passed, Criminality passed, Security not started, integrated search complete - No adverse info found. Final approval pending."

However - at the start of the GCMS documents it says -
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Not Started
Org Crime:
Medicals: Passed
Misinterpretation:
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs:
Final:

There is a contradiction in the Criminality clause. Is this normal? And what exactly happens in Security?

Sometimes those contradictions occur.
There are many many of us waiting for our security checks to start, so I think they have purposefully delayed starting security checks for lots of applicants till either this month or January.

I don't know, I really wish it would but just saw 4 pprs for CEC and FSW-O (USA) so guessing rain has started for them again, like last week.

But for us FSW-O it might remain rather dry. Our security is yet to start. I am not sure when it will and if any PPRs can be released without that.

You bet - for the CIC folks last Monday, many people got approved on October 26 and got PPR on November 26. So I am hoping December 5 would be my lucky day. Also if we take into consideration the timeline being calculated from R10 completeness then we still have about 10 days left for the 6 month time to be over.

Yes he applied as fswo and has a brother in canada .dont have info on the visaoffice

Similar situation. IP2 24th October, June 18 AOR. Ordered GCMS notes 19th October. As per notes dated 19th October, Criminality and Security yet to start, Eligibility met. Guess the IP2 update on 24th October did not get reflected in GCMS notes. However, interesting thing is about the VO.

Primary office - CPC - Ottawa
Secondary office (1) - Centralized Intake Office
Secondary office (2) - OSC - Operations Support Centre
Secondary office (3) - CPC Vegreville

Any one else who moved to Vegreville office? rest of the dates in my signature

Mine are the same in terms of offices. But primary being Ottawa is all that counts I think. Secondary office (3) at CPC Vegreville, which closed sometime back (https://www.google.co.in/amp/s/glob...case-processing-centre-vegreville-closed/amp/) should hardly have a bearing on the application which is being primarily processed at Ottawa. Your thoughts @Prashant86_2000?
Also, I moved to ip2 on 26th Oct and have ordered my GCMS notes on 26th Nov. All going well, I should be able to give you guys an update on the GCMS notes' contents by Jan 2019 Security hadn't started when I last spoke to an agent in the third week of Nov, so my ip2 reflected the passing of my criminality, as the agent confirmed...You could be in the same section of our little ark

Exactly! We should calculate from the date of R10 completeness - for me it was 3 weeks after AoR (24th June to 11th July), so I’m assuming mine will not be approved before Jan, at the earliest!!! I’m still stuck at security not started though BGC has begun and criminality is passed, so I’m not really hoping for a Christmas miracle
