Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

IOM na po magsa-submit sa embassy nung medical results. Usually po around 1 week after the med test nasa embassy na ang result.

Mas maganda po ba mag upfront or wait nlng irequest ng embassy? Regular stream po. Sa makati po ba yung IOM?

Kame po nun s st.luke’s po, hindi kasi namin alam na pwede din pala sa iom. .. mas okay s iom kasi mas mababa po yung medical sknila compared st. Luke’s.

Get your exam before you submit your application
This is called an upfront medical exam.

Contact a panel physician to get your medical exam if you apply as a:

• Worker
• Student
• Visitor (including Parent and Grandparent Super Visa)

Once your medical exam is done, the doctor will give you a document confirming that you had a medical exam. You must include a copy of that document with your application.

If the doctor works with eMedical they will give you the informationsheet printout.

If the doctor works with a paper system they will give you a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form.

You must attach that form to your application before you submit it the visa office. If you apply online, you must upload that form before you can submit your application.

• NSO Birth Certificate
• 1 photocopy of each requirements
• 5 recent passport size photos
• pertinent medical report if applicable

Ilang pwedeng photos isama sa application? Kase lalagay ko proof of ties family ko so lalagay ko family pictures and friends. parang 25 pcs lahat napili ko lol ang dami ba? Need ba lagyan date sa likod kung kelan yung pictures na yun?
