IP1 says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."
IP2 says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Before ITA, we used to wait eagerly for system maintenance because it meant a draw would happen. After AOR, we wait for system maintenance with the hope of receiving PPR.

I'm not sure if system maintenance really has something to do with PPRs.

I think it takes around 30 days. Dont know if it will affect your application processing time. How many days since your AOR?

Hello,

Is it normal to have review of eligibility and processing of security check as simultaneous message/status?

I notice people seem to note update regarding switching their status from ip1 to ip2.

Does this mean my eligibility is taking a long review? Or is this the same for everyone? I hit 90 day post AOR today.
Medicals and biometrics completed.

Around 70 days

I am at 70 days after AOR. If I order now,I would get the notes after 30 days i.e. 100 days after AOR.

Or Do I need to wait till 90 days to raise gcms request?

You can order GCMS anytime, to be honest. But it is recommended that when you order the 1st time, do it after 90days.
Let's say you order on 91st day you get it on 121st day.
