I got approved but do not see the confirmation letter? Anybody know why?

I applied on 24th Sep, got approved today 29th Nov. But still havent got the letter,

Yes i applied for my PGWP June 20th approved Sep 20. The next day the letter was in my account .

Under Review and Approved: 29th NOV
I've got my pgwp (3-year) today

I uploaded the completion letter and when the file was being review they ask for transcipt. Its best to upload both ,

I want to know how much it takes to approve your application after they requested the transcript, as I'm in the same situation I submitted the transcript only and they requested the completion letter , I uploaded it but my status is still submitted.

I applied on the 18th of Sept. and they requested the letter on 25th of Nov, I uploded it the sameday but still no change in my status.

1. Yeah, I uploaded both.
2. No, my completion letter says program name, credential type(ontario college diploma), duration(2 years) etc.

Thanks! I just submitted the school completion letter as they mentioned to submit either of them. It just doesn't mention full-time although I studied full-time. Hope it's fine.

I got my Document status name Work permit valid for 3 years, but not the confirmation letter yet.
Apllied 24 Sep, Revied 28th Nov, Approved 29th Nov, not yet confirmation letter.

I applied on 26 Sept and they received my application on 27 Sept. I am waiting for my pgwp. Anybody here applied on the same day and have any update.
