Why do you want refusal? Provide additional documentation to prove your work experience and visa officer may approve your file. Generally, case analysts do not award points if the proof of work experience doesn't have all the details as listed by CIC.

You surely need at least 1 year work ex to qualify for FSW EE

The notes seem to say he worked as a TA from 2014 to 2018. Why wasn’t this counted?

No you don't need ECA for Canadian degree.

Was your part time minimum of 15hrs per week? Why is this not showing in your ITA
