Hello guys!
I applied for my post grad work permit on July 28/2018 and still waiting for update on my application. I completed 3 online forms and called to cic where lady on the phone said that my application was approved and documents will be sent out soon. But its been more than 3 weeks since then. Not sure what else should I do. I supposed to receive my documents 2 months ago

Waow, this is serious. You can CIC call again to notify them that you never received the document. You can also check your CIC account to see the status of your application so you can be sure it has been approved.. Confirm the address the document was sent to. It could have been wrong due to wrong postal code.
