Passport renew after ielts result

Hi there,,

My wife has applied for reissue of passport to add new details ( like wife of... And new address).

My concern is that she has done her ielts few months ago and the new passport is going to have different number. would that result of her IELTS be valid or she has to sit the exam again?

Or what can i do to use the result?

Passport renewal has nothing to do with Ielts.

But ,, passprt number on ielts mark sheet is X
And. New passport number is Y. Every other detail is same.

No issue. You can still use that result even after she renewed her passport.

Dear harman2725,

I had the same situation. I just wrote a letter of explanation and attached the copy of my old passport. I haven't heard anything yet, but seems this would be an appropriate way to manage the doubt.

Trust you are doing well.I want to check with you on some clarification i require for IRCC...I have calculated my CRS score and it's coming around 460..I have still not started EE profile for ITA.Kindly help me with following questions

1. My wife is expecting and delivery date is August 2018, so can I create my EE profile with me and spouse and submit for ITA, as I don't have any details for baby or shall I wait for baby and add details later?..I guess it's answered that EE profile can be created with 2 members and submit for ITA

2. My passport is also due for renewal in August 2018..so shall I create my profile with old passport or apply for renewal and apply for ITA with new passport?

3.. When I am supposed to get medical for wife, after delivery only?

U can add ur old passport no in EE. There we get add on link.. simple
I too added my old and new passports no with all details in EE itself

Yes I landed here in 2017 aug. Got my PR in 3 months after file submition.
Beautiful country.

Although I am also a PR of another beautiful country New Zealand.

Hi Everyone,

My wife wants to write IELTS General for Canadian PR. She doesn't have her last name in the passport, as her passport was issued before marriage. Now, we have the marriage certificate in which she has the last name as well. My questions are:

1) Can we apply for IELTS basis the information given in the passport (only has first name)?

2) Do we need to apply for the fresh passport first, before applying for the IELTS?

3) Since we have the marriage certificate, is it required to change the last name in passport as well for PR purposes?

4) In case she doesn't change her name in the passport, can we apply for PR on the basis of the current passport + marriage certificate.?

Please advise, this is very urgent

Hello.
I have done my IELTS now.
I have passport with my ex-husband name.
But now my divorce process is going on.once I'll get official decree from court I will change my passport with my father name.
Does my IELTS result valid for my immigration process??and if I apply for my Canada PR how much it wil effect my application???
