Background check status - Not applicable

i have seen people getting fingerprint requests now but there is no update on my application

Is it normal because ?

You are within time limits of 1 year. I guess its normal. You may hear somethings before the end of this year or midNOV.

How many time i should wait until i get a date of interview ? Because i have complited 12 months when application was sent , 4 months they tranfered my file to my VO Rome
I will appreciate really so much for the answer

Why all this time ?? On 10 november i complete 12 months when they recieve my application

All these offices are soo different for processing times. I just heard of a girl getting done in 4 months. I have an appeal application so I'm going on 2 years in January, including the appeal.
