Originally applied Jan 2017. Was refused in Jan 2018 due to criminal record. Appealed in March 2018, won in August and have just resubmitted new medical and criminal records check.

Sorry let me clear this up This was Feb 2017. My husband was eventually denied in Jan 2018, even though they sent him a pre arrival letter in December. Since then, we applied for an appeal, won in Aug and they requested new medical and criminal records check beginning of Oct.

Hi I am from kuwiat I am also a February 2108 applicant my file was transferred to LVO on april27 after that no news . Sad thing is my medicals also expired this October

Similar timeline...except out file.was.trasferred on May 23. You might hear from them before us.
