Asking a question on progress of our application is a NEUTRAL attitude. Nobody get in queu for straight 40 minutes to be rude with them. Tbh we need to encourage people here rather than making them more anxious of every one in IRCC.
Its best to be neutral, patient and polite with the agents as they can put in negative remarks to case officer on their remarks section which can cause unnecessary delay..

What is really checked during ip2? Do they check only criminality and security or do they verify all the documents submitted again (work experience, funds, etc)? Is it possible than an application is rejected at this stage after being a long time in ip1?
