If a person encourage himself, people cannot encourage him?

Because the question was about PEOPLE ENCOURAGE HIM...

Not given because there was nothing about all savants abilities although there was some lines but not exactly as question or totally missed the question. this is my personal opinion. to make sure we need para + question.
