Yeah that's what I thought as well but it's just that my application is on 17 months and counting. IRCC has been misleading me since March this year by saying that my application is going through background checks. I guess what I can do is to wait until early November when my file will be on 18 months and then engage with the Mandamus proceedings. What do you reckon?
To me, it sounds like your case has reached a point where you will soon here good news. I am saying that because my friends with similar AOR dates have recvd their PPRs. So, insha Allah good news is on its way. And as far as writ of mandamus is concerned, i have no idea about its effectiveness. So in my head, that is a little sketchy. You should definitely talk to your lawyer and see what he suggests. That will be most appropriate.
I hope we all get our PPRs this month. The wait of this process is depressing.
I am going to assume I am on the same boat as you are as our timelines are the same. So June..... this means June 2019 Remed, MAYBE. Thats a bummer...
So screwed up man I swear. I'm waiting on my CBSA notes and hoping that they'll bring some kinda good news.
Albeit, one thing that I didn't understand was that how come immigration and medical services division replied me back this time around. I've always had replies from case assistants previously.

I personally think that the decision is really close.
I am extremely sorry, I was using my phone for answering on this forum and I did not realise that I have been meddling in someone else's conversation. haha. sorry for that.

Aye bro I really hope so man. And yeah there aren't many on us from May and June who are still waiting. And yeah I'm gonna wait it out few more weeks and then see where I stand. To be fair bro, I'm in two minds about writ myself because it's a significant amount of money. And spending that kind of amount just so IRCC can move my application a little quicker is still a bit of a grey area for me. So yeah let's hope and pray that we definitely hear some good news this month.

Loool I didn't wanted to blow me own horn but honestly speaking when I saw this latest reply from LVO, I actually thought of exactly the same thing what you've just said.

Haha no worries bro. We're all here to exchange ideas and thoughts. So keep going as in my case it's really keeping my hopes up

Yeah you're right I'll do that. In the meantime I'll carry on researching cases on the Federal Court's website. Thanks for keeping my hopes up bro

@Reykhan are you an inland applicant?
Nah I'm an Outland applicant based in London, UK. I actually applied through an attorney but they don't deal with the Federal cases.

See my PM that I have sent you.
@Reykhan, In the mean while, try to indulge yourself in activities that takes your mind off this immigration. I did the same, believe me it worked. The moment I totally forgot about Canadian immigration, I got the good news of my PPR.

Yeah thanks bro I'm trying my best. You won't believe it but with all the hectic life and work schedule that I've got, this bloody thing still stays on the back of my mind all the time. It's like an annoying rash lool
Bro I suppose the rash will not be as hard and annoying as the one that I have faced
. That is a story for some other time. Everyone who is stuck in security screening as his own story to tell.
