I got medical past on ECAS but note didn't show it's extended

I finally received PPR today. Here is my profile:

13th June, 2016: Application submission
Sept, 2017: 1st medical request for both wife and I
Oct, 2018: 2nd medical request for only wife
16th Oct, 2018: Status changed to Decision Made
16th Oct, 2018: PPR Request

Can't thank people enough here on this forum. This forum was a great help through out my application process. And good luck for all
