Any identification you have in your hand would work. FYI I did it with PR card number.

I am trying so, but it says Permanent Resident Card Number should be in this format RA0302123456 or PA0123456.

Isn't it your client number which is at the front of pr card. PR card number is at thw back of the card.
Either would work as long as you click the right identification category. Good luck.

3. We started processing your application on October 31, 2017.

Today is September 25th 2018 - More than 365 later any change of status.

Is this normal ?

It’s quite often the case. I am also seeing the "Application Received" on ecas but never received AOR.

From what I gather, it seems that AOR is sent when they actually start processing.
