Express Entry Profile Ineligible

Hi Guys,

I am writing this to express my concern regarding the Express Entry Profile. My current CRS score is of 410. I have tried many times to create an Express Entry Profile. Every time after entering all the details, I receive a message that profile is ineligible. I full fill the eligibility criteria, still unable to create an eligible file.
Can anybody assist me why is my profile ineligible?

1 yr continuous experience in primary noc
Whether you got ECA for highest degree
Hours per week should be more than 30
Settlement Funds.

Hi,

I have continuous 2 years of experience in primary noc.
I have ECA for highest degree.
Hours per week are 50
And will take around $15000 CAD along with me. Still ineligible.

Are you applying as single or with dependant. 15000 is not enough with dependent.
