The fastest way is to call CIC. You can find posts with instructions if you search the forum. Another two ways is to submit CSE (wait two weeks or more for reply) or order GCMS notes (wait a month or more).

Not all, there had been a network outage yesterday!
But, I expect last week's ghost updates to translate to PPR in a day or two. Fingers crossed!

Mine to same AOR 23 May, how you managed to talk to agent, i am getting automated and recorded message every time i call, have you applied and called from India ?
