I am at my final step of the application. I got a message in MyCIC account to pay RPRF fee and upload the receipt. But I have been checking MyCIC account for the past 12 hours and there is not such link to pay the fee or to upload the receipt. Could you please help. Am I checking the correct place?
I see that you RPRF request was on 18th May. Did you also use the eservices link posted by sailorshinde? In the message that I received from CIC there is no mention of such a link. It tells about another link though.
You must pay this fee for yourself and your spouse (if accompanying). This must be completed through the e-payment system on the CIC website, where you will have the option to pay with debit or credit card. For details on how to submit your fee, please visit: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp
I used the link posted by sailorshinde. I believe it was the same link on the letter I got.
If you search the threads, you'll find info on how to submit the receipt if the link is not showing. Else, you can call CIC.

Hi, Could you please let me know how you finally managed to pay and upload. I am facing the exact same problem. I received the RPRF email yesterday and till not no link is active in my login for payment as well as uploading the receipt. I am hopeful though that it will be active in next few hours. please reply.

On Nov 20,2017 ,I received the below mail from CIC

Once you have paid the RPRF on-line, you must submit the official R receipt via the upload portal within your MyCIC account.
You must pay RPRF and upload the receipt BEFORE you submit your passports.
