I applied on July 9th. Passed medical on 3rd August and file went under review on same day. Stuck since. Supposed to leave India on the 25th. Offline application

My application was updated on 9th Aug and then started showing "We are reviewing your eligibility", however today when I logged in, it showed application updated, and again has returned to the stage showing "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."
My medical has passed too.
Why has this happened??
Is this any sort of indication. Please help!!

Medical passed on 1st August
Under review right now
Orientation 21 August

I received acknowledgement letter on 12th june.
No updates at all until now.
My class starts on 4th sept.
