I really dont think so, there is a member from Brazil who had first got PR in 2011 as well but it got cancelled as his work commitments took him to various other countries...

Mine was changed on 1st aug..not sure when would get the PPR main..

Any idea if eligibility would be cleared by now..

You could know your eligibility status by calling IRCC. I called them last night and was told eligibility under review and BGC going on.
Been in IP2 for a while now!

Current Status: Submitted
Inside Canada under CEC.

Its been 131 days now still same thing. I am worried now.

Review of eligibility -- We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results -- You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents -- We do not need additional documents.
Interview -- You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics -- We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check -- We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision -- Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Any one having same situation.

Yes mine changed to IP2 on the same date August 01st. But on August 02nd i received another ghost update which made me curious so i called IRCC and was told that my application stands approved and PPR email will be sent out in the days to come.

Welcome to the club!! Many of us on the same boat. Did you try calling or ordering GCMS notes to find out your application status??

Yesterday, I got a message in my cic account. They are asking proof of funds. So my parent gave me this money to help me. I hope there are no issues with this.
They say that they will make decision based on the explanation I will provide.
Hope everything goes well.
Any thoughts anybody?
