My wife is coming to India on 22nd Aug. We are planning to stay together in India until application processed. Is it OK. Ifnot OK then what are the risks involved in this?

No risk involved, your wife can stay basis the visa she got for X months!

Hi! You need the ORIGINAL PCC only for the PA.

When applying for a visit visa, an employment letter is a must ? I'm not currently working anywhere..but if needed I can get from my uncle's company saying that I do work thr..but I just want to know if the government will enquire about it and if they will find out that the letter was a fake one and will it affect my PR?

If you were working previously, you can show tax returns, payslips. You can also show any assets in your name (land, jewelry). Get a notarized declaration of the value of your assets. This should strengthen your application.

I was working in Dubai till 2016 September but after that I resigned and now I'm in India.
My husband is a PR and I too have applied for mine under spouse visa..it's been 7 months and still we are waiting for it..now I'm planning to apply for a visit and go by the first week of october for his birthday.
All I can show now is our joint bank statements and all. And if an employment letter is a must then I can get one from my uncle's company. But will they cross check and find out if it's fraud and will it affect my PR ?
