We are so happy we feel that this process is going to fast, we applied April 25 , got AOR on May 3
They confirmed I was able to sponsor on June 26 and July 27 they requested Mom to go get her Medical exams...

Hi good day, yulia please update my status I think I'm in line 39, just got medical request for my parents, I have question please so my parents had their medical last February this year for their tourist visa, is the medical good for one year? Or they should do another medical because medical for PR is different to medical for tourist visa? Thanks in advance for the answer

My parents have done their visitor visa renewal medical exam in this March 2018. And i got the ME request on july 17, 2018 for their PR application. I called both CIC call centre and the doctor who did the ME for them in March, i was told i can use the ME result from March, since it's good up to one year.

I uploaded the E-MEDICAL information sheet to my CIC account on July 28, 2018. Shows Medical passed on July 31.

The answer is absolutely YES, you can use your result from Feb! Good luck

I received the below email today for Medical, PCC, & Travel History. About half hour after the email received an update on MyCIC

My Timeline:
01-May-2018 - Application Received
06-July-2018 - AOR Received
10-July-2018 - ECAS updated to In-Process
20-July-2018 - ECAS updated (in Morning) to Decision Made
20-July-2018 - Sponsorship Approval letter received via email in Evening. CPC-OTTAWA assigned.
24-July-2018 - One more line added to ECAS - We sent you correspondence on July 23, 2018 about the decision on your application.
01-Aug-2018 - Received email for Medical, PCC, & Travel History

We got a e-medical information sheet from the doctor after the medical exam in March. There's bar code and photo on the sheet, you just need to upload that form to CIC account, that's all

April, May, June, July, making progress each month , wish you get PPR in August.

you have only one time chance to upload all the dox that they required.

log into your account, click "check full application status", then click "view submitted application", and it will direct you to the upload page.

i uploaded on july 28, shows medical passed on july 31. pretty fast. and the status shows they are reviewing my additional dox now
