Congratulations to all applicants who got their PPR today . Good luck to those of you who are still waiting for the Golden email.
Thanks to all the wonderful souls in this forum who helped me out with all my queries.
I would definitely try to help others with their questions in any way I can.
I would like to know, on your application did you see changes to IP2 from IP1 ? Or is it directly from IP1 to PPR mail?
Mine is in IP1 since Jun 13th. AOR is Jun 1st, and when I called to the CIC, they said status is Recommended Pass. Just curious whether your case is same as mine or not?
Nope, they did not mention anything about being complete. They just said your application is still in progress and it is 'Recommended Pass' and background check isn't started.
Did your call go through? I have tried calling them a couple of times and I am also calling from the US. After selecting a series of options and just when I am about to be transferred to a representative, this message is played:
We are sorry the toll free number you have dialed is not available from your calling area SCT 11.
This is the number I've been trying: +1 613-944-4000
Not really. The automated message read out basically the same information shown on my account online. So when I selected the option to speak to the agent I was kept on a hold for about half an hour, and I had an office meeting so had to hang up. Will try again now.
About 3 hours after uploading my RPRF receipt the additional document field changed from we need additional information to Not Applicable. Is this a good sign?
