They asked for usa police certificate because i didnt provide it up front on 02 May and then RPRF fee the next day. They then marked my Additional docs status to Not applicable only a day later.
Do you have dependents? I don't think that at this point is worthy apply for Express Entry. I understand that applicants from 2016 and the beginning of 2017 had hard time and they waited for so long, even almost 2 years (A friend of mine) But in my friend's case she lived in many countries and she had a hard time getting the criminal records of each country, plus in general the delays are matter of fact of the 40 thousand refugees that came to the country and they required processing their PR too of course. I think currently the summer delayed everything. Another friend who works in Canada Revenue told me that a big amount of officers are taking vacations and that brings delays. Hopefully you will get the PPR soon.
I'm sure you will get it soon. I have one friend who missed one document and his process was delayed for one month. It might be that, but you are so close
I just wanted to share my application timeline here. I'm an inland PNP paper-based applicant (international graduate)
Application received on June 21, 2017
AOR on August 20, 2017
MR on March 24, 2018
MD on April 01, 2018
MP on April 17, 2018
Waiting for PPR
According to this forum news and members posts, I came to know that it will take a little bit longer to receive a PPR however, I'm just curious is it compulsory to receive a pre-arrival letter prior to a PPR?

I hope it's not a difficult thing for you guys to answer.
The question over here is when I tried to call the CIC toll free self-service/automatic call to get an updated info on my file. it was kept saying the same info which is you passed the medical exam, your background check is in progress, we do not need additional documents and we will notify you once the final decision has been made on your file.
It' been over three months since I passed the medical examination. Is it common that we get the same updated info on automatic call until the final decision has been made?
I really appreciate your assistance with your valuable time and answer.
Maybe it would be useful to request the notes. They show you more information. What do you get, a ghost update? Nothing changes? Yes. You should get one letter is for everybody even if you are inland. Maybe the notes can help you to understand where you are stand in the process.

I am going to do the same in this October - it will be exactly 1 year work in Canada and I will have about 439 points.
Now I am inland paper based applicant BC PNP, skilled worker stream.
Application received 11th of August 2017.
Nothing afterwards, its too early I believe.
I am afraid to connect my paper based application to my online account as I've read in this forum that it can cause the problem afterwards to submit EE profile.
Denyl - has you connected your paper based with online and afterwards no issues with EE profile?
