How do you update the Address History if the following was the case,
1. I have lived from birth to my marriage in my own home
2. After marrying, we lived in a rented place for 1 year
3. After that 1 year, we again came back to our own home.
Should I update like,
1. My own home address from date of birth to wedding day stating as not current address
2. Address of rented place, starting from next day of wedding to the day we shifted to our own home again
3. Own home address with start date as the newly shifted date (as current address)
OR....
1. My own home address from date of birth to without end date, and select as current address
2. Address of rented place, starting from next day of wedding to the day we shifted to our own home again
Option 1 is more like it. See the point is stating the actual period of residence at different addresses, no matter if the addresses are repeated.

Are you required to state any educational activity if you have got a certificate for participation/ achievement? These are not diplomas or degrees, just training progames, so what do you select for "Level of Education"?
What do you state for educational activity, for this field "Please describe what this person was doing during this period (e.g. job title, position, etc.)"?

These were earned during full time employment.
These were for Workshops and training programs I attended. Some were diplomas and certificates, but less than 1 year.
How do you put them in order of dates,
1. Order by "Since date" or "To date"?
2. Do I need to remove the educational and employment activities I have claimed points for, from the personal history and re-add them again according to the date?

I have to initiate the Express Entry process. I am as Indian, currently in Saudi Arabia for last 8 yrs. In case i have to file for immigration, do it makes a difference whether i file a application through Saudi Arabia or through India.

As these certificates and short programmes don't earn you any points I would suggest them to be kept out of your application. And since there was no break in your employment to do these certificates you can mention only 'employed' during the period.

I am not sure what you want to ask. But as long as everything is in a sequence and there are no gaps in between, you are fine.
