I received medical request today. Still I didn't receive SA letter but my SA status is decision made from May 2. PR is in process (ECAS status).

Hi,

I don't you think you need to courier to Ottawa offices if you upload in online account. I am in the same process like you for my parents. But they have not asked yet to submit PCC. I could let you know more if I had gone through the process. But so far I know you can upload through linked account it will allow you to upload PCC or any documents if they required.

On the online tracker tool, I have the following message:

"We sent ............. correspondence on June 1, 2018. If .............. has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have ................. do so as soon as possible. Please wait until ............... receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

My father and I (representative) have not received any email or letter yet. Any idea what this might be? PCC maybe? Appreciate your help.

Yes! It’s Agent DL. I got the death certificate today and faxed a copy. Within an hour, I received a email that I met the sponsorship eligibility requirement and that the application has been forwarded to my mom’s country of residence. Any updates on yours?

Hello , I faxed a copy of death certificate yesterday, but I haven't seen any changes in my online account, no email update either today. Happy for you, the status changed so fast.

People from 2016 also waiting. Last heard is Nov 2017. So for 8 months they didn't process anyone?

My parents are coming canada on 28th june on visitor visa. I don't know what to do now. can some one suggest please.

get a police report from hometown as soon as you can. You can book a doctor now for them at the date of after they arrive, you still have time. Once the ME is done, it's very quick for doctors to submit them. Good luck!

No, i already received my SA letter on 4th of april but after that no progress, file was transferred to Ottawa. Haven't received any IME/PCC yet. Should i do advance IME/PCC and upload it even though they haven't requested me yet or contact them?

You should do PCC first. It's the MUST HAVE document.

Thanks for pointing that out. How stupid is that. I guess they are prioritizing brain drain from that country over everything else...There has to be a balance. I wonder if we can move the application to another country?

you don't need to do medical again, CIC use super visa medical so just order PCC
